A damaged roof doesn't wait for a convenient time, and neither do we. Big Toms Roofing keeps trucks staged around Ashland so a certified roofer can be looking at your roof within hours, not days, with a straight-talk estimate before any work starts.
Big Toms Roofing isn't a national call center that dispatches whoever's cheapest that week. We're a licensed roofing operation built around Ashland and the surrounding Ashland, IL communities, with crews who know the local building codes, the weather patterns, and the housing stock inside and out.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Ashland crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail — licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
High winds, hail, and fallen limbs don't schedule appointments, and neither should your repair. Our Ashland emergency crews arrive with tarps, decking material, and fasteners to stop active leaks the same day you call, then follow up with a full repair plan once the storm passes.
A Emergency Roof Repair replacement is one of the biggest investments a Ashland homeowner makes in their property, and we treat it that way — daily site cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps, and a final walkthrough with the crew lead before we consider the job done.
Downtime costs money, so commercial Emergency Roof Repair jobs get scheduled around your operating hours whenever possible, with clear communication to property managers and tenants throughout the project.
A lot of roof failures are preventable with a twice-a-year inspection catching lifted flashing or worn pipe boots before they turn into interior water damage. Our Ashland inspection service checks the field, flashing, penetrations, gutters, and attic ventilation, then hands you a written report with photos.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our Ashland crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Emergency Roof Repair system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
We're not trying to be the biggest Emergency Roof Repair company in Ashland, IL — we're trying to be the one you'd actually recommend to your neighbor.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof — no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Because our trucks stay staged around Ashland, we're rarely more than an hour from your address for emergency calls.
Certification isn't a marketing badge here — it's required training that affects how your warranty is honored.
Every completed job comes with a written workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's material warranty.
Our team has sat through enough adjuster meetings in Ashland, IL to know what documentation actually moves a claim forward.
Magnetic nail sweeps and tarp-protected landscaping are standard on every job, not an upsell.
